BARRY FULCHER WINS BRITISH SENIORS INDOOR CHAMPIONSHIPS FOR 3RD CONSECUTIVE YEAR

The above championships were hosted in Dudley last week, where the leading player in the country compete in the Indoor National Championships.

Having been out injured for the last 6 months with a hamstring tear, Barry decided to enter to test his fitness ahead of forthcoming World Team Championships in Cape Town in March.

Judging by the results Barry is holding up pretty well. He defeated the Swiss No.1 in Semi Finals before beating 35s newcomer T.Webster in the final.

Barry remains undefeated in British Seniors events for 33 matches, spanning over 2 years. The run includes 6 singles and 3 doubles titles.

Barry is hoping to again team up with fellow Norfolk player James Aukland for Cape Town. The pair will be looking to do better than the bronze they have won in the last two years.
